03 Aug I tried to send my design by email but nothing is happening.
Shoot & Sell does not have built in email functions, what we do is call the NATIVE iPad email – which means that you MUST have an email address setup correctly in your iPad settings. Emails setup via third party apps do not count, as there is no way for us to call them.
If there is a problem sending email, it is a problem with your email address/password or internet connection and not with the app itself. Again, the app does not have email sending/receiving coded into the app, all we do is open the native iPad email composer and attach the image. Therefor any issue is not a bug in the app but an email issue (outside the app.) If you have a problem sending a design by email, first check your iPad email settings and make sure there is an email account setup. The next step should be to open the native Apple email app and try to send an email OUTSIDE the app as a test.
